Environment:

  • Working with wildlife management agencies and environmental organizations to mitigate the potential impact of our operations on ecosystems and biodiversity
  • Building predator proof release pens and creating new habitats for native and endangered species to encourage them to successfully reproduce

Charitable Giving & Community Benefits:

  • Partnering with hundreds of charities and communities to support STEM education, disease research, wildlife preservation, historic preservation and more.
  • Providing substantial community benefit packages above and beyond regulatory requirements and encouraging community input on how funds will be allocated.

Landowners:

  • Our team works with over 1,200 participating landowners to address concerns ranging from crop damage payments to land transfers and questions about the calculation of lease payments
  • We host public meetings and manage PSA campaigns to keep landowners and other community stakeholders informed about our operations and projects.

Education and Career Development:

  • Working with educational institutions to help bolster education specific to the renewable energy industry and supporting wind and solar technician certification programs
  • Providing financial support for STEM programs and materials, participating in career fairs and activity days
